Are you kidding me? And she told me they take ~ 200 strands of hair and don’t cut the hair to 1. And then two other staffers told her that was unnecessary. Why on earth would I even think to keep prescription bottles for prescriptions I haven’t take for several months? And how in the world could I have the written prescriptions for prescriptions I had filled (since, ya know, the pharmacists take those). No one told when I made the appointment and nothing on their website indicates needing such a thing. Um, I don’t exactly carry those around with me. The staffer who took me back informed after conducting the test that I needed the physical prescription bottles or actual written prescriptions for all medications for the past 6 months. I’ve had to do drug tests before, but nothing from before seemed to apply here. And the staff training is all over the place. So beware of that and come prepared to be your own advocate. So much is done by paper and the staff seem to easily lose track of items. But appointments are completely meaningless to the staff. Everything went smoothly and my test results came back to my employer really quickly! If you need any testing done, steer clear of THIS location and go to literally any other one in the valley with more competent staff members! The next day, I went to the Quest Diagnostics on rainbow & charleston and I was in & out in less than an hour. I had to wait while the tech’s tried to assess what their program was doing– I was then told after 30 minutes of waiting that since they were unable to come to a technological resolution, I would have to come back on a different day to have my test done.
After giving me some water in order for me to give another sample, the couldn’t figure out their own computer system. When it was finally my turn to give my U/A, the temperature strip on the cup was broken & could not detect the urine’s temperature, thus making the test invalid. As I waited, people who had checked in AFTER me (waiting to get tests done that actually require work of the technician) were getting called first. This place is horrible! I went around 9am for a simple employee drug test. Meanwhile, if you care about your blood work do NOT go near this women! I am seriously planning on going into talk to the supervisor.
The two tests they ran on my child were the secondary tests, but they did not run first parts! So now I get to explain to my daughter, who has collapsing veins, that she has to go back. The Dr told me that out of the 15 tests she ordered Quest ran TWO! The second time I went in I specified that the test needed to be run before nine and ol front desk lady said she would make sure it was. When this front desk person gave us my daughters paperwork back I didn’t look through it, as they had not called us back, my bad. So a three it is! I took my daughter to her follow up Dr appt the next week. When we came back she did the same thing, but then the blood takers were a solid 5! Very carefully drawing blood, apologizing when they had to do it twice.
Then she calls us up to say one of the tests must be done by nine am! Stupid whore.
I sat and waited an hour, she called our name, we went up filled out more papers. She finally gave the sheet to my daughter who signed in. The person at the front desk was bogarting the sign in sheet, so we stood there for a solid 15 min while she yelled at other people. I took my daughter in to have blood work, she deprived herself of coffee and we trudged in.
